COVID 19 | Service Update

As we continue to navigate these unprecedented times we would like to provide you with an update on our operations at Brit-Lube Ltd. 

Dear customer, 

As we continue to navigate these unprecedented times we would like to provide you with an update on our operations at Brit-Lube Ltd.  As our local area moves into Tier 3 restrictions, rest assured we are doing everything we can to ensure our customers can receive their products so that essential industries can continue running.

Current challenges:

  • Operating with reduced staff due to self isolation periods
  • Extended lead times on certain materials
  • Delays at UK ports and a disruption to the EU supply chain

What we are doing:

  • Introduced a regimental approach to sanitisation, PPE and social distancing to protect our employees and support the Government efforts against COVID
  • We have invested in additional racking and tooling to increase storage capacity 
  • Increasing stock levels to ensure continuous supply

What you can do:

  • Please monitor your stock levels and notify us of any additional demand as soon as possible so that we can try and accommodate this in our production schedule.

 

We continue to operate on a next day delivery basis for orders placed before 1pm and you can expect the same level of excellent customer service.
