Product Description

HT Ultra Grease is an extreme temperature grease for rolling and plain bearings operating in high temperature applications up to 600°c making it ideal for kiln car wheels, furnace doors and high temperature drying tunnels. HT Ultra Grease is a dispersion of fine micronized graphite particles within a PAG synthetic base fluid, which evaporates cleanly at higher temperatures, leaving a fine dry film lubricant behind. Conventional greases leave behind carbon residues at very high temperatures, which severely limit their performance; HT Ultra Grease is designed so that its base oil evaporates cleanly and leaves no carbon residues.

Applications

Suitable for most Industries operating at elevated temperatures. All types of bearings operating at extreme high temperatures.
Ovens bearings, kiln car bearings, applications requiring solid lubricating additives.
