Brit-Lube’s range of audit compliant food grade chain oils is now even better with the addition of our brand-new Food-Tek Hot Chain LS25. This is a NSF registered food safe specialist chain oil that has been specifically developed and formulated to improve production in the food & beverage sector.
The LS25 is a fully synthetic oil with anti-wear additives and corrosion inhibitors. It performs particularly well in high temperatures environments and has excellent resistance to oxidation. This means it can successfully be used on chains that may reach constant high temperatures and prevents formation of lacquer residues. Perfect for high temperature bakery and food production chains, overhead conveyors, textile chains, stove and dryer chains, and most chains operating at high temperatures.
The LS25 has also been formulated with a “low smoke” additive package, which allows the oil to be applied without creating smoke during the process, making it ideal for use on extremely hot live flame oven chains. It can be applied manually by brush or with an oil can. It can also be automatically applied by spray or drip feed.
